Just a quick look at one of the products available for pre-order at Quirky. Originally pitched as a “keyboard garage” with a few USB ports, the final design is almost exactly that – plus it has 6 USB ports on the front!  I can’t wait to get mine and replace the hideous USB hub cluttering up my desktop. The key to Apple happiness

Just a few weeks ago, my sister-in-law finally traded up from a dying Toshiba (Windows XP) laptop after about a year of cajoling and incessant praise for the Apple computers that we have in our home/office. Fast forward to the day she takes home her shiny new Apple Macbook (unibody) – everything is as beautiful and flawless as expected, until later that night. (more…)

MacHaus is currently celebrating their “Grand Opening” event for their new store recently opened in Anchorage, Alaska.  MacHaus is a locally owned and operated Apple sales and authorized service center with three locations around the State.  I recently met with the owner, Ben Schaafsma to get the scoop on MacHaus and learn a little more about what they’re all about.
